I can not get rid of the black margin line of the right hand side of the faxes and copies on my canon fasphone L90

Open up the unit and clean all the scanning surfaces with a soft cloth dampened with window cleaner. Black lines is usually dirt or a piece of stuck Scotch tape.

Canon IR 2016j, paper jams on every copy. How do i fix it?

Dear Abdullah
pl. check the machine base where it stay, it should be plain and firm.
Next check the left side door(test it by pushing inside while making copy). check the fixing assembly and paper path, may be toner clogged on its surface.
If your machine covered more than 200000 A4 copies, check the paper path (guide) at registration sensor and delivery guide at fixing unit.
If the paper jam at paper pickup tray, replace the pickup roller set (2nos.)

Since you have not mentioned the page counter and where paper jam occurs, its difficult to assume more.

thanks.

My printer is printing crooked

If you mean it takes the paper in crooked then check your paper guides on the intray they need to hold the paper firmly. If they are Ok then it could be the rollers are worn or dirty and need replacement, a local printer repair center will be able to help, most printers are easily to replace the paper pickup rollers. Good luck

Canon tech support for faxphone L80 --- will not fax multiple pages --- multiple pages are faxed as 1 page

If you have time and small amount of skills do the next:

Open cover of keyboard panel ( pull towards ), then you will be able to see, on fax side two rollers, and on keyboard side one separation assy ( rubber piece grey or black color ), as first aid use mild sand paper and "scratch" on it and clean with alcohol.
Also clean the rollers on fax side, while turning them.

This is only as first aid. If then works, that means that you need to order and replace separation assy. For EU code is HG5-1308-000.

TIP: when you replace sep.assy, also tighten the spring wich holds separation assy.

Canon L170 will not feed paper in for faxes or copies.

as the rollers move with the help of the side gears .which r made up of plastic and that gears r worn out or got cracked as due to this it pulls the paper but the gears are cracked so it does not pulls the paper further and it hangs in between.as to resove this the gears needs to be cleaned and checked if the problem not solved the gears neeeds to be replaced. thanks.
