GlorEE when i trun on my mp3 player it freeze on the starting point. how can i reset it or restore my mp3 player.

Hey i know when it freezes press and hold the center button and menu/on/off button ( make sure the hold switch ISN'T on) and in about 5 seconds its new but it worked for mine

If it freezes on start up, after its done turning on hold the power button for 15 seconds.

It won't start at all. I haven't used it for a long time and now it won't even start. I tried to reset it, but not even that will work. Is there another way to restart/reset it?

Hi,

Won't start, do you mean, not coming on or coming on an freezes?.

If it comes on and freezes, you will need to flash it. flashing is when the memory of the mp3 player malfunctions and has memory loss, it helps to restore the memory back and the mp3 will start working properly again.

When you flash it, it will work normal again.

If ti does not come on, you will need to check the battery to see if the cell of the battery is weak and will need to be replaced.

Which ever you try out, you will get a solution.

Make sure you charge the battery very well to be sure, or you can use another one to test.

Ipod is 30gb video and the screen freezes and you cant turn it off.... it will say do not disconnect for long periods of time and if you do get it to play music , it lasts a couple minutes before it...

just off your ipod and trun it save mood and restore it ok,if you dont plz add me [email protected] and talk with me

Ipod 80G freezing

Try uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes.
If problem persists, restore again.

try updating the ipod to the latest firmware and then ur ipod should be fine if not then try reseting it

how to reset,

1) lock ipod by pushing the top button on the ipod for 5 sec.

2) after u unlock the ipod push the middle and menu button and it will reset.
