Question about HP LaserJet 3300mfp All-In-One Printer
Remove paper tray open door remove cartridge. In the middle of machine you will see a small gray rubber pick up wheel. clean the rubber with cleaner such as windex, water, etc. Put everything back together, run several test ( Wheel may still have cleaner on it) If after several test see if paper picks up and goes into the machine. If it does, then most likely you need a new pick up wheel, not an expensive job. If it does not help your problem there is also a seperation pad under this wheel that may need change, or you have other problems such as a switch or boards. Good Luck............

This procedure is described relating to a different error, but it resets and clears everything and would be worth a try http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&taskId=110&prodSeriesId=66359&prodTypeId=18972&prodSeriesId=66359&objectID=bpl10206 hp says for your specific error: "Reload the paper in the paper input tray; verify that there are no jams in the paper path, and press MENU/ENTER to continue the job. If the error persists, replace the printer pickup roller. Check paper path, including rear output door for jams, fuser area, and under the print (toner) cartridge." here is the complete guide to all the above http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&taskId=110&prodSeriesId=66359&prodTypeId=18972&prodSeriesId=66359&objectID=bpl11283 ask again if you need more Hope this helps :)
