Theproblem is that when I turn on the machine the error code appearsimmediately after seconds of turning on the machine, or some times whenI passed the warming process and when I try to make copies, the machinestops and show me a jammed paper error, the paper do not make even awhole single rotation and the machine stop. any suggestions

Will the paper make it to the transfer sheet? If not the problem may be with the transfer drive belt is worn out and is skipping when it is turning.

MI get an E072 at the atm, what could the problem be?

E072 refers to the cleaning drum motor transfer.

The transfer drum has a sensor on the inside that allows the internal mechanism turn initial position, from there to retention, transfer, separation and cleaning. This mechanism is easily positioned to the starting position from the service mode> FUNC, BRUSH, HP. If the problem persists, you have to remove the drum and check smooth transfer care to check their points of support to the main axis, sometimes is slowed by a rubber strip side to slip out of place becomes entangled in the shaft and causes this error.

I recommend you check this engine, in some occasions the main door switch when it flamed this problem also gives you disassemble and thoroughly clean your platinum.

Hi

This error is caused due to faulty thermister however; you can check the fuser unit for any jammed paper around the upper fixing roller and try to clean that area. After this is done try to clear the error by entering the service mode, to enter press Additional functions, #. Then go to #7 Printer and press OK, then go to #4 printer reset and press OK, yes= *. If the issue returns then replace the thermistor. Hope this helps...please post back for further assistance.

E072 - 0002

most of the time if you replace the transport cleaning unit it fixes the fault. on one machine i had a break in the wire lume that caused the problem. also make sure you don't have a piece of paper jammed in the unit.
