The tv have a problems known as a convergence pictures problems,it is dead.Tv have any colors lines like R,G,B mis alignments, also tv have any colors shaded shadows pictures or a 3D pictures look alike?Yes,than the tv have a convergence board problems and it is dead to causes all of these problems. The tv convergence board must have to repair like replacing 2 STK convergence ICS and some or all of it resistors too.To fixed the tv convergence board to solved the tv convergence pictures problems. The tvs shops repair a DLP tv convergence board will cost u like $300-$350 for parts an labors.
Have convergence IC's replaced. I believe this unit uses STK-392-570 convergence IC's Only one has gone bad but replace them both, because if one has failed then the other is not far behind, for Blue and Green. One handles Red, One handles BLUE and Grn. There are only two of them in the set, They are the two largest IC's in the entire set.
The STKs are three channel ICs they each control horizontal and vertical of one color the third channel controls part of green and the other half of green is controled by the other ICs third channel. Its customary for the Ics to fail and only have one channel bad in the IC. However its recomended to change both because of the bad Ic having green it can actually weaken the other IC and that one will fail shortly.
Your model uses a convergence IC Its a STK393-110 you can get a new replacement at the following link and they will provide free instalation instructions with pictures so you can do the repair yourself. They also offer free tech support to all their customers. heres the link. http://servicemanuals.vstore.ca/

i think your convergance amp ic are bad. The
STKs are common and if you have an experienced electronics tech around
they can replace them for much less money but the tech must have
advanced soldering and IC exchange experience.
The STK ics, two of them, can be purchased on line for around $20 to $40 each.
Partstore has two models available - one for around $40 and another for around $55.
The part number is STK392-110 and if you google you can find them for
as little as $6/each but I don't recommend the cheap ones as they are
not reliable.
It takes a good tech around 3 or 3 hours to take the old ones out and
solder in the new ones. Also, it is likely one or two resistors are
burnt and will need replacing as well.
Don not run the tv till you have it fix you will cause more damage! http://home.earthlink.net/~oleg.filippov/ConvergenceFix.htm http://cmpalmer.blogspot.com/2006/11/fixing-my-own-tv-part-ii.html
At present, bad connect(s) on red convergence IC. Soldering pins will fix temporarily.
Usual fix = replace STK392-110 IC's. A 400.00 dollar repair at
your local tv shop......T.
moving big screens around may throw off the convergence, look to see if you have red, blue or green or all.. ghosts or edges in the picture.
you will need a tech manual ..not owners manual to fix it,
I would call a local tech and hear what he thinks for just a service charge.
good luck
