Question about GE Energy Star WCVH6260F Front Load Washer
I hit pause to add more clothes and now it won't run correctly. No water gets in and it does not turn. We have tired unpluging to reset it but that has not worked. We have also hit pause and waited 2 hours for it to cycle out. No luck with that either. Please help. Thank You
Here is the manual if you need it; http://products.geappliances.com/ProdContent/Dispatcher?REQUEST=SKUOBJECTS&DOCUMENT=Use%20and%20Care%20Manual&SKU=WCVH6260FGG page 7 and 11 says that pressing start/pause again once the door is shut should restart the cycle. If you have had no luck with this then possibly there is a problem with the washer pump filter - GE claim this is not user servicable and i haven't been able to find exact instructions - usually this would be behind the panel at the bottom of the front (this should click off but check before you break anything) there should be a small (3-4 inch) screw plug which can be undone to check the filter. GE may be telling the truth though and it may be inside the machine and hard to get to. Unfortunately I think you may need to get a service man to look at it - it sounds like the controller may have died Phone GE on 1-800-626-2005 and ask - maybe others have had this problem Hope this helps

also may be that until the machine is drained, it wont reset - see if you can get the drain hose low and try to empty the machine - if no luck then tip it forward with the door open on a couple of chairs or similar and try to drain the machine that way. Sorry sounds complicated, but unless you can find the emergency drain plug (often the same as i described for the pump filter) then it may be worth a try.
