Found them at last - they do exist! http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/products/details/US/EN,CRID=2173,CONTENTID=9817 try this next page (near the bottom): http://logitech-en-amr.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/logitech_en_amr.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=7&p_created=1083624908&p_sid=NbWLjZvi&p_accessibility=0&p_lva=&p_sp=cF9zcmNoPTEmcF9zb3J0X2J5PSZwX2dyaWRzb3J0PSZwX3Jvd19jbnQ9NzgmcF9wcm9kcz04NDQsMTcmcF9jYXRzPSZwX3B2PTIuMTcmcF9jdj0mcF9zZWFyY2hfdHlwZT1hbnN3ZXJzLnNlYXJjaF9ubCZwX3BhZ2U9MQ**&p_li=&p_topview=1 It appears that there is no associated software specifically for these speakers, they are a simple jack connection type - if they work on your walkman, but not on your pc then: the jack is either plugged into the wrong hole,or the volume is down in windows or in the application you are trying to hear or both (or on any special non-windows soundcard software).(ask again if you are unsure how to check this). Make sure your soundcard works by plugging in some headphones or speakers you know work. the only other thing i can think of worth checking is if you have used the headphone jack in the front of the speakers - this will cut the sound to the speakers by way of a small spring contact - sometimes this can get stuck open, but obviously not if they work on your walkman. maybe a bit of dirt got in there - just plug another jack in a couple of times to check. Also check if the volume control works fine when plugged in your walkman. Hope this gets you sounds :)

also just thought - check that the power supply is getting enough juice when plugged in next to your pc if this is different from where you had them working. sometimes on big multi-adaptor banks you can underpower a speaker set, but these are small enough for this problem to be unlikely.

    :)

Can I use a power plug that is input 120vac,output 9v on a sound monitor ? the ML699 hifi sound monitor

I am guessing the speakers do not list their power requirement. 9v should be low enough to test if it works without damaging them. The yamaha speakers I have use 14v.

Keyboard AC Adapter

If thje voltage is the same, the current rating is fine at 1000-1400 mA. The accessory will use the amount of current it needs and the fact that there is more "available" does not mean it will use it. The higher current rating will not ruin the equipment. Just make sure the voltage rating is the same. Cheers!

Can i use AC Adaptor that has input: 230V-50Hz output: 9VDC to Creative SBS 2.1 370 Speaker?

The Creative SBS 370 Works on 11.5V AC (IT IS NOT DC) 1600mA (Means 1.6 Ampere) and 18.4VA. So, the Power Adaptor which you connect to the power socket behind the woofer is an AC ADAPTOR and NOT A DC ACAPTOR.

Please tell me the input voltage and amperageof my speakers emachine model sp-30a

Output Values:
Output 9 VAC 200 Ma

Input values:
Input 120 VAC 60 Hz
I believe this is what you are looking for. Output voltage and amperage for the SP-30A speakers, as read on the tag. The output will be the sound out and capabilities. The input is going to be the standard US wall socket.

Need to know how to repair my voicecoils

If you have removable voice coils, you can take them off and buy new ones, otherwise, the speaker is pretty much hosed. Voice coils require too much precision to be made by hand.

Power cord

http://telephones.att.com/docMgt/public/art/162/1717_manual.pdf

The power cord is
Input: 120V, 60 Hz.
Output: 9V AC, 400 mA.

So , there is no need to worry about Polarity here. Just make sure , the output voltage is around 9V. DC input is ok. since there is bridge rectifier inside.
