Question about Logitech R-10 Computer Speakers
I have new Logitech R-10 speakers. They do work, I have tried them on a compact disc player and they are fine. I have switched power on and off, and they are also (tried and tested)plugged into the right slot on my tower. They did not come with any software or CD with which to install them, and my PC does not recognise them...seems to be looking for driver information or somehting anyway that I don't have. I have tried everything...help! many thansk - shining27
The R10 speakers are analog speaker drivers are not needed, you may need drivers for your sound card-- quick test plug a headset into the green port on the back of your computer. if there is sound coming thru then the sound card is fine and you need to make sure your connection are correct. if no sound, plug the headset into the front ports for headphones. if sound is coming thru there but not in back the sound card needs replacement the port is bad.
