How do i reinstall AegisE5.dll in my computer ( windows XP Pro ) ?

usually if you make a system restore to an earlier date it will fix the issue ..and will work ..but in case it does not can also try to load the application again ..or if the fault does not let you start windows at al ..just reinstall the operation system or use the recovery partition or disk to repair or completely reinstall it ..

The computer goes off on itself and then starts producing sounds what might be the real problem

If the computer is restarting after loading operating system try below options.
1. Check if all the device drivers are installed properly, if not please reinstall the proper driver.
2. Try reinstalling the Operating System.
If the computer is restarting before loading the Operating System try below options.

The laptop won't load past the welcome screen. I can get it to start up, and go to a start in safe mode etc. but it won't load past the welcome screen.

Your computer is experiencing a no boot problem which means that the operating system is corrupted. You can do a start up repair to fix the computer but if it won't fix it then that's the time that you need to reinstall the whole operating system.

It could have been very helpful if you provided us with your operating system so that we can provide you with the exact troubleshooting. However, I just presume that you are using windows VISTA or Windows 7. However, this troubleshooting also works with windows XP.

Before you start the start up repair. You need the Operating System Installation disc from Microsoft.

1. Insert the disc in the dvd/cd drive.
2. Restart the computer.
3. Once you see the "press any key to boot to cd" message. Press any key.
4. It will bring you to a page where it will ask you to INSTALL or to REPAIR. Just click on repair.
5. It might ask you to load the drivers. Just click ok or next.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions.

However, if start up repair won't fix the problem, Clean Reinstallation is the next step. Clean reinstallation will delete everything in your computer including the files, pictures, etc. that you have saved. But you cannot really access them anymore since the computer won't boot up.

I'm am providing you with the links to the tutorial on how to reinstall the operating system.

When you install Windows you set first CD/DVD drive as the first to boot then the installation begins, as you get to a point where installation is loading (you will see a blue screen), in the bottom part you will see be exact;
--- Press F6 to install scsi drive (something like that)
-----just follow the instructions

Error loading operating system

try pressing F8 at bootup, when the SAFE MODE window comes up, select boot in Safe mode desktop. When at next window, you are asked if you wish to go to desktop, or perform a System restore, choose system restore, when the next window comes up, like a calender, simply choose a time prior to the problem, follow instructions, and it will go through and reboot. This should get you back.

About this laptop

If the system starts , then try doing system restore.

If it does not use the recovery disk to reinstall the system.

If you do not have the recovery disk you will need to reinstall system from a Windows install disk.
