This head unit comes with a security screw that can be installed to secure the faceplate for retail display. If it was purchased as a demo model, the screw may be in place. To check, the deck has to be dismounted from the vehicle. The screw location will be in the side of the chassis, near the faceplate on the same side as the release button. Removing the screw will allow the faceplate to come off.

Hi, Yes, Disp/Title stuck button could be cause of no other button function because one button can be operated at one time in these units and if any button stuck for some reason, other buttons would be inoperative. Take off front panel by pressing eject button at lower left side and try to release Disp/Title button with finger nail, if that does not help then remove screws at back of front panel, take off back cover then take out circuit board carefully and press gently, little bit Disp/Title knob from inside front panel to send it back in its original position then put circuit board and put back cover and tight screws. Check Disp/ Title button gives little click sound while pressing as other buttons give that sound. Put front panel in unit and check. Hope these info will help you. Let me know if you have additional question. Thanks.
Have you checked the fuse-box to make sure that you didn't blow the fuse for the radio? Also try removing the radio and checking the wiring to ensure that it is tight. There is also a fuse on the back of most radios to check!!
you must force eject the cd by pressing the eject button and the power on/off/att button simultaneously and holding them. Just hold the 2 buttons at once and it should come out.
