If you have a charged battery and it doesn't turn on, there is a hard ware problem. Try to twist the laptop body as you try to turn it on. If it turns on, you have a logic board issue (loose chip on logic board). You
can always take it to the apple store and demonstrate the problem there,
you'll probably receive a replacement. If you have issues with the
warranty, there are third party places that will find our what's wrong.
