We just bought a ilo hdtv model # 32hd, serial # BEJ624303873T6 from walmart and it was a display model.
It did not come with the remote or any manual.
They musted of locked the programming because you turn it on it says no signal componet with my cable. It wont operate mannuely when I use the buttons on the tv. How do I get it off componet so I can view.
Also a universal remote does not work what remote WILL!
First try to call initialdvd customer service at (800) 216-5156 however usually they don't respond as they have really poor customer service management. So if that happens go to labbb.org and file your compalin there and I can guarantee that one of them will respond within 3-4 days(didnt I tell you they got poor customer service). unfortunately your physical problem with your tv is a universal problem of ILO lcd tv (try to google it and you see a lot of people complaining it)one more thing it is a policy of initialdvd that when you send an item for service you should include all the original items included in the box (one of their way of breaking warranty) so basically I think your out of luck since you don't have the original cables, manual and remote. Hey but it won't hurt to ask right?

Hey, you can try http://www.discount-merchant.com/ They have may parts. just remember that the board you are looking for may be made buy another manufacturer and used in other displays. Part numbers might be differen but the same power supply. You can call them and ask them, they have free tech support.
I own an ILO TV that is still under the extended warranty. I've had it repaired twice since May 08 and it has failed again. Since it is still under warranty, I will send it back in to be repaired.... again. If I were you, I'd cut my losses and buy a new TV from any store except Walmart.
Hi! I have been through this situation on a 26" model of ILO LCD TV. I think the problem you have is the same, but could you clarify one thing for me? Is your model an ILO-3200, or is it an ILO-32HD? I suspect 32HD, because I know the problem exists on the 26HD models which are basically very similar in design and say manufactured by Initial Technologies on the back of the set. Does your unit list this manufacturer on the back? Let me know. Thanks!
