Since your fax has limited capacity to store dialed numbers. Hence, you can't get the report from your fax machine. If you would have installed any other recording equipment for keeping dialed history alongwith incoming calls. They are easily and cheaply available in the market. As of now you can get the list only and only from the phone line provider. contact the customer care of the company whose telephone line you have connected to your phone. They can provide you the report at certain price.

Sometimes you can go to "print reports" then activity report and print your send report

You can print an activity report by pressing FUNCTION, 7, 2, START. That will give you the last 30 faxes sent and received, It will only show that you dialed though, it will not be a true verification report. In case you need it, you can download the manual for your fax here:

Press function and then report but u will only get the last 40 faxes that was sent or recieved!

Fax machines only keep the last 20 transactions, usually.

Look for "JOURNAL PRINT" in the menus.

You can also get printouts of TRANSMISSON OR RECEIVE ACTIVITY, and also CALLER ID, iIf you encounter a command called PROTOCAL DUMP, this also is a printout of fax activity.. Whether your activity report goes back to july 2007 is unknown. Normally an activity report shows a certain number of activities per printout, say the last 50 fax operations. It is not based on a certain timefrane.

Not sure what the financial quarter is exactly, but Wiki suggests that this is:

• 1st Quarter: October 1, 2007 – December 31, 2007
• 2nd Quarter: January 1, 2008 – March 31, 2008
• 3rd Quarter: April 1, 2008 – June 30, 2008
• 4th Quarter: July 1, 2008 – September 30, 2008

Therefore the solution would be:

If the finanical quarters are different just add or sub more from the -3 i.e. if April is Q1 then +3 instead
