Just litle bit of water fall in mobile so striff complaint

Hello do not bother whether it is under warranty or not.You can visit another mobile repairing shop.This problem can solve by changing the Strip (Pata).Nokia will not repair it freely because they easily pursuit the customer.But it is up to you.Thanks for visiting fixya

I thought you have mention wrong year.but I guest the it is 2011.According to the Nokia Terms and Condition every Nokia hand set (mobile phone) has cover the warranty of 1 year (12 months).Besides there are many thing to avoid......water lodged,repair by other technician,...etc.

First you need to delete the previous configurations sent by other network or the configurations you don't use, because nokia mobiles are bounded to save only upto some numbers of networks configurations.

The only way to get rid from this problem is to flash/update the phone so follow this if you can I've done and solved many times.So try it.Or contact mobile repairing shop

First download and install Pheonix. Nokia Phoenix Service Software 2011 - Download secondly Download flash file from this link X3 file or Nokia flash file and install it to C / programme files/pheonix..after finished this installation open pheonix Inside the interface at the> left top <there you see "File" click there and choose "open file" and then select the approprait Product type i.e"which is written in the back banel inside the battery of every Nokia(Type RM-000).After doing this again at the left top count from "File"1..2..3..the 4th one is "Flashing" press there when you click there you'll see three icon just select the "Firmware Update" again you'll see another interface.Look at the product code there should be blank and put your "mouse tool" at the straight end from the "Product Code" there is a Botton and choose the code which is written in the back side of your phone.e.g CODE:0000000.if the same code does not found just take one.After this you can see "Dead phone USB flashing" click that box.Now this is the last stage... Connect your phone with the USB to your PC and let the driver install ...wait for a moment.(If your phone working).Lastly after just finished (In case your phone is Dead,unable to switch on in normal mode start from here) Connect the phone to pc without powering...insert good battery and Click the "Referbish" after this, a message will prompt you "press power botton" press it and wait untill the phone will Restart automaticlly in normal mode 10-15 minutes.If you cannot understand just make a Reply thanks for visiting fixya.Good luck.If you could not do please contact me.

which country's network it locked now?Because all country Network lock cannot be Unlocked ....Only some Network locked Phones can be Unlocked from the Network lock,You can get the Unlock code from here

If you open your cellphone after falling it to water,its possible to damage the keypad circuit because of shorted happened in the circuit board when it fell, so better to look for a cellphone technician to troubleshoot it to avoid major problems.

This complaint is mostly due to your Ear piece/speaker complaint.Some times audio IC / Connection break may also make this complaint. If you are under warranty it is better to give Nokia service Center for Free Repair....
