I have a IZIP I200 scooter I replaced the batteries and still does not woork

I repalce the batteries and still does not work what cna ido?

Although your device isn't a mobility scooter, they share many similarities. The following info should be of help to you

If when switched on you don't get lights you are not getting any power to the tiller head, the meter should be reading voltage regardless of the condition of the control circuitry. My first scooter was a very old AMIGO, it sat in a barn for 20 yrs, this was anything but a dry environment.As a matter of fact i has to a power washer to clean the two inches of Chicken manure off it. This scooter was so old that it has an discrete component open controller board as opposed to fully potted and enclosed LSI based controllers we see on todays scooters. The engager in the tiller was oxidized, and had to be cleaned and dried out. I rinse the controller out with distilled water then put it in a preheated oven at 150 F for 24 hrs. WARNING make sure of the temperature some ovens will not go this low. The newer controllers are potted and enclosed, making them water resistant, they use LSI which are proprietary and can't be purchased or repaired. I liked older controllers because you could fix them.

What you got to do is what we call "chase the voltage" First you will need a 24v circuit tester

You may also need a VOM meter only $9

The problem is 24volts is either not getting to the tiller head or you have a broken wire in the tiller head. Start at the headlight make sure its switched on. Use the circuit tester, put the clamp to ground, use the probe to find the 24volts, The hot side is the side wired in series with the switch. The tester will light up when it has voltage. Chase the wire back through the system. When you get to a cable or anywhere you can't see the wires use the VOM meter, disconnect the scooters batteries leaving the power switch on. Set the meter to read resistance scale high scale, short the probes together, zero the meter. Put one probe at the headlight the other probe at the connector you think the wire ends up at. Normally every wire is a different combination of colors like red; with a white stripe. Most of the time a wire ends up at a connector and the color code doesn't change. So if you are not getting continuity on any of the pins on the connector you know its got to go, you've isolated the open circuit too the tiler head. Here's a test you can run! Turn headlight on, power on for scooter, disconnect scooter battery, place one probe at head light. Disconnect tiller cable. Probe each pin, one of them hast to cause the meter to deflect to zero. If if doesn't the problem is in the tiller head. When working with little wires i like to use crochet needles. You can use the meter to check cables each pin in must have a pin out. If you don't get continuity between pins the cable is bad toss it.

The batteries that fit this chair are 35 amp hour or U-1 batteries.
There was an upgrade to the battery boxes which included changing the circuit breakers from 30 to 50 amp and removing the internal battery tray to accommodate group 22 batteries. This was not the most popular configuration. Buy U-1 batteries which are guaranteed to work. Hope this helps.

Camry 2007 repalced battery , but was put in wrong, now won't start, no lights, power windows not working but the dash lights work, could it be a fuse?

Check your fusible link.It is tied into positive battery cable,goes to starter and alternator,it is burnt up.

Yeah it is possible to run laptops on just AC. Just remove the battery and plug in the charger. Then switch on the laptop.

hopfully its just a battery, they only last 2 yrs, swiss is 3-4 yrs.if battery dont work , could be circuit or mechinec's of watch, repalce movement .. if new send them back. battery changes may be remeburst

Google cna training and your city and state. This should bring up at least 1 school in your area that offers this. The course usually lasts somewhere around 6 weeks.

1997 Isuzu Rodeo 2wheel drive. Repalced

Get a Beck Arnley alternator. The auto-zone, Napa etc. alternators are a problem for Isuzu's. I worked at a dealership and a lot of them came in for this problem. If you still have the original have it rebuilt. Check yellow pages.
