Zanussi DE6755 Have not been able to 'reset' programs and have lost users manual. When dishwasher is turned on now, it automatically flashes the 3hr and 6hr lights (top right), and starts cycle on 70 but then stops, with the two bottom R red lights flashing as well. I've tried pushing and holding the program setting (70) to try and cancel the program. Can anyone tell me where I can find another users manual? How to I cancel all pre-programmed settings?

    Thank you very much. It seems the dishwasher has to be scrapped though, as it is also suffering from a very poor design that allows water to get into the electrics! Service repairman informs this is a very poor design model and despite previous 'sealing' attempts, the machine is dangerous to use. The black plastic on the back has even melted due to overheating. It's only 3 yrs old and has to be scrapped. Thanks for the help, but I'll never buy another Zanussi. Not worth trying to repair.

    Sounds like a shame - perhaps if you have the time you can send zanussi a mail telling them how annoyed you are - enough customer complaints and these manufacturers might start making things that last again. Saying that, usually Zanussi are pretty good, maybe you got unlucky with that particular model. Although the warranty is probably expired, it is just possible that zanussi will help you to purchase a new, not faulty model.

If this is the only light flashing it means there is water in the base panel you need to remove this and check for leaks

My zanussi dishwaher de 6854 is stuck in cycle and will not run through programme. water does not heat - presumably because it sticks in first component of any cycle.

I have a Zanussi DE6754 it is pumping water in and out but the programme lights are not coming on and it is not completeing a cycle. All pumps and filters have been checked. Any ideas? please

I had the same problem with Zanussi ZDT 6252. To fix it, turn power on, close door fully, then open door, turn off then turn back on again. If you follow this sequence the machine is reset and you can select programs again.

in some cases it is the water metering tank on the left hand side that gets bunged up and needs cleaning, next is the water feeding pipes. if everything is clean and the water valve supply is ok then it will need a special mod kit to be fitted, which will need to be fitted by a pro. tony.

error, drying light flashing washer stops, drying light flashing, on inspection unit pumping well, pipe not blocked.Unit pumps water entered manually then stops, no new water following pump cycle enters the washer, the inlet valve has a resistance of 3.4kohms, only seems to be a couple of volts at the valve during operation.Valve? controller?any other ideas?
