Volume for barcode

I am trying to turn the volume off on my barcode scanner and I can't seem to figure out how to do that. Is there anything you can do to help me?

I need to change the volume on a Motorola WT41N0. It's entirely too loud for the space I'm working in.

Change volume settings by selecting
Start>Settings>Control Panel>Volume & Sounds icon >Volume tab.
Move the slider to change the volume level or use volume
control on voice application.

Speaker Volume Adjustment on a Motorola MC3190 Handheld Barcode Scanner

We have 'pens' that we can use on the screen, so I was able to click on the 'Window' icon at the bottom left corner, select 'Settings', then 'Control Panel', and double-click on 'Volume and Sounds'. I only work with touch-screen guns, so don't know how to get there without the 'pen'... though finger nails have worked, but it's tough with a small icon in the corner like that. 79c9c46c-b253-46a7-99b3-2b5d2ebe8945.jpg 615ed7cd-03b1-4121-8f14-ab44c21750a0.jpg 8f663bdb-630b-43c1-95d5-5ded8754f944.jpg
I don't know of any way to get it to vibrate. With our gloves, we wouldn't feel it anyway. In a warehouse, having the clicking sound loud enough means we can hear if a box is skipped or an error occurs.

I have a barcode scanner Symbol S/N M1J82M51E. When scanning the item barcode it makes very low volume. How to increase the bipping scanning volume for the Symbol Scanner?

1. Press and hold the trigger for an extended period of time (approximately 5 seconds). The scanner cycles through three settings (Low, Medium, High) emitting a 2-beep tone at each setting.
2. To select a particular setting, release the trigger after you hear the desired 2-beep tone.

The volume on our pc is way down. Where is the up volume?

the Volume is located on the task bar at the right side or you can go to control panel and open the sound then you can increase the volume.

I need to turn off the beep on the Symbol MC9090 when I use the barcode scanner

What I have done is I taped the speaker opening on the back of the scanner with two stickers to reduce the beep volume to almost zero. So 3 to 4 stickers would probably eliminate the beep completely.

LS2208AP

The scanner must be set to the IBM PC/AT host type. Unfortunately, these scanners are not plug and play. They do not detect the keyboard host on power up so the host type barcode must be scanned the first time it is setup. It should remember that host type until you set defaults. The IBM PC/AT host type barcode is on Adobe page 56 of 342 of the LS2208 Product Reference Guide. Print and scan this barcode. The scanner should start working immediately.
