The easiest way is to take your battery out with your phone still on and leave battery out for about 10 seconds and then replace battery and prompt will come up asking if you still want to use phone in offline mode and check NO and it should be reset.
Remove the battery and set it on a table so the camera eye is at the top left. There is 6 little star (torque bit) bolts. I used a small flat head for eye glasses and you take out the top 2 screws on the left and bottom 2 screws on the left only. Slide open the screen and there is 2 black stickers covering 2 hidden screws, unscrew them and 2 more that will release the front cover. from there the screen it pop out with a flat head and also use it to pop out the electrical
