I'm having the same problem with buying ringtones and they say "downloading", but don't show up on my RZR V3. When I download the ringtone it is in a ".dm" format. How do I fix this? My provider is AT&T.

noodles76 as far as the.dm format get a converter for ringtones to mp3's on your computer "google it" but aslo ask cingular to make sure there is nop software malfuction and you can also call them n get a refund for those rigntones when they mess up like that.

Ringtones

you have to saved your contacts on your phone memory and not the simcard...

1- enter the number in the phone ( press store)
2 - you will see in this screen the phone is asking whether to save to sim or to phone.
3- press phone
4 - no you see that the contact list hs more options.you can enter the person name contact numbers eg home, cell, work, email address, then scroll to ringtone.
5 - here now when you open the ringtones you can now apply a store ringtone to the contacts name.

hope fully it helps you :)
