Campatibility Problems? Compatible question: I have just purchased a HP computer, and have installed my Logitech QuickPro 5000 and everything went fine except when I turned the camera on it caused the resalution to go out. I took it to a tech and he couldn't fix and told me that it was a compatiblility problem because the computer has vista in it. Is there a compatiblity problem and if there is what can be done? If this is not the problem then what could it be?

    This did not work. I downloaded the driver twice and it still did not clear up the resalution on the camera and computer

There should'nt be problems as there is a driver on their site for Vista, which i assume was already installed, if not download here. http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/downloads/software/US/EN,CRID=1794,contentid=11022
