Since I moved to my new place, my printer's cartilages are not moving at all. Each time I push my canon mp 390's "copy button" on the printer, a strange noise come out, and it cartilages not moving at all, and on its display shows, "check printer, press set key". Anyone knows what problem I got with my printer? Do you think might be a driving robber has got off? Any instruction for that?
The carriage the cartridges have probably been jammed into place during the move. I would suggest a trip to the local repair shop; however, you can try to manually free the carriage. Be warned consumer printers have a lot of plastic in them and you run the risk of doing more damage this way.
