I went back to the store where I purchased this and had them install it 2 years ago. The young guy behind the counter told me that some of the units were programmed to go to parental control after one year of use. I have had this for 2 years and went to use the DVD player and up popped the "you need a password for Parental control". How do I get rid of it when I didn't put a parental control password in there myself?
