Need program to download pictures

For everything you want to view on a computer, tablet or phone, you need a viewer. For pictures in .jpg go .png, you need a Photo viewer. Dow a .PDF, you need a PDF reader and for text you need a text reader. Formatted text, need a word or other reader.
So downloading is not the biggest problem. Having the correct programs (apps) installed is more of an issue.
Check for your device what you need to view the picture. Realise most RAW pictures can't be viewed on phones or tablets, because every camera model has its own RAW format and needs its own translation. For RAW you need even special program's on a computer.
First make sure you can view the file on your tablet, before you start downloading it.

It seems you may have corrupted your key chain somehow, try to reistall what ever program is runnig the pics on the key chain.

Use the supplied Sansa Media Converter program to convert and transfer your pictures (and videos). If you don't have the SMC, you can download the Windows version from

All you have to do is to re-install the program "Picture Project". Do a level 1 uninstall by going to control panel then add/remove programs then choose the program then hit uninstall/change. Then reboot your notebook and re-install the program.
NOTE: Before uninstalling, backup your photos first.

Adobe Photoshop is a purchase (Shareware) program, you need to pay for using it, but I mean it has 30 days Trial.

They will show up as a mass storage device, and usually need no drivers for the newer operating systems, including Mac, Linux, Windows, and others.

If you are in XP/Vista try reading the file in MovieMaker
go to Start/programs/accessories

Well if you pictures what you need to do is connect the camera to your computer and make sure the camera is on. A window should pop up asking what program you would like to open the pictures with. Just pick a program and uploaded the pictures. It's not hard.
