I hooked up the cord, changed the settings according to the manual, but no icons or pages will show on the tv. The background shows and if I change background, the new background will appear. Also, when I test to see which computer is which a large number 2 will display on the tv and a number 1 on the laptop. One more thing, the screen saver will display when it kicks in. Please note that this was the first time I've tried to connect my tv to my laptop. This is NOT a problem of once having it working and then it suddenly stopped. My remote has good batteries, and it doesn't turn the tv on. Can not think of the Modile that I was suppose to use, should of underlined it. Can you help me, so that I can pick the right code?
The TV will always show as screen number 2 because the laptop screen will be found first. I use mine as a monitor for my Desktop.. However, for the picture to show what your laptop does you have to clone your desktop. The button should be where your screen properties are located.
