After cleaning the screen on my TV according to the Manual I have recently noticed there is some streaking on the INSIDE near the bottom right corner of the screen. It is visible only when there is bright ambient light, but I would still like to get rid of it. Is it possible to remove the front screen in order to clean this streaking?
I have same problem. It started off when purchased 3 years ago having a small smudge and streak inside the screen panel. Now there are numerous smudges and streaks. Walking past the set while turned off, it looks absolutely filthy. Anyone have detailed instructions on removing the screen and cleaning it? I appreciate any help. Thanks.I have same problem. Philips screens tend to be very tough to remove as if you are not careful on removal of the screen frame bolts then the whole screen will come falling off.

Run the printers maintenance software and run the align print head option and the run the clean print head option and check again and see if the streaking is still occurring.
that is usually caused by cleaning the screen with windex the windex runs down the screen bewteen the screen and plastic frame and actually seeps inside between the screen layers. Eventually it may go away by itself if the circles are not too bad but in most cases the damage is permanent. It can also be an issue called screen delamination which there is no fix for.
Indeed be careful cleaning those mirrors! try a very lightly dampened Q-Tip swab to clean them and dry them immediately with the other end of the swab to avoid any streaking. Same process for the screen, except with a lint free cloth.
I believe what you are referring to is the drum inside the toner cartridge. The drums are usually very strong colors, blue or green and if it is streaking then the drum cleaning blade has failed on the inside and you need to replace the cartridge.
You need to get LCD screen cleaner to keep from streaking the screen. Check with a computer store or an appliance store that sells LCD screens and they can recommend the correct method for cleaning the screen.
You need to clean all the "widows" inside the laser unit too. Cleaning only the mirrors will not do any good. You can use some Methylated Spirits to clean it propperly.
you have 2 problem.
1). toner is bad
2). toner is low
change the toner should fix both porblem.
try to clean the roller while you have the toner out. (just in case).
