This errror coming from motherboard because your BIOS version is different as compare with new version, so download new BIOS for ASUS Intel 815E Chipset CUSL2-C from web site of ASUS there is detailed step of How to upgrade BIOS, you can upgrade BIOS by creating Bootble Disc otherwise you can Upgrade from OS.

Open the system and find there is a jumper for CMOS. Refering to user manual, clear the CMOS and all the passwords have gone. :-)

this board is compatible with xp but there is a problem of motherboard buffering. it may be capacitor of ur mother board have leakage.replace tham enjoy good luck plz vote on my comments

The procedure for resetting the password is on page 57.

Start removing cards and add-ons one by one starting with graphics card... leave the ram and cpu for last... process of elimination

I would replace it first and go from there becaquse these LED's dont have a flash feature for this mobo.
