Most likely the wrong driver is loaded for the printer. Uninstall it and try again, if that doesn't work uninstall it again and download the driver from the website and run that rather than from the CD.

I assume you are printing on roll paper, but printer acts like it is printing on cut sheet paper. When finish the page, it ejects it, but it is not a page, it is a roll and the paper keeps unrolling, right? There have to be a lever that swithes between cut sheet paper and roll paper. Turn it to the oposite direction and the problem should be fixed.
Symptom: Your LaserJet 4350 prints just fine until you try to print a double-sided page. Then you see the page start to exit, pull back in, then stop. The Data light continues flashing green, and the display reads, "Processing..." There is no error indication, but the machine won't print the second side and continues to hold the half-printed paper in the duplexer. If you open the top cover and close it again, the printer will eject the page, then try to print the whole thing again, unless you're quick enough to cancel the job first.
Cause: The printer is expecting a different sized paper than what it's running. Often it's not the menu settings, but a little lever in the paper tray itself. Pull out the paper tray you're trying to print from and look for a little blue lever on top of its right-hand side. The lever is labeled "Standard/Custom." Flip it to Standard (parallel to the tray side) and your problem should go away.
1.try stopping the printer halfway thru a print cycle if you can stop a paper under the print cartridge and before the fuser you can check for print defects on the page before the toner is melted into the paper.
if no defects are found then your fuser may be defective, usually the upper fusers film sleeve tears -testing this way can save you from trying a new cartridge$$$
Table 3-7. Paper Handling Menu Item Values Explanation ENVELOPE FEEDER SIZE=COM10 For supported paper sizes see page 1-12. This item appears only when the optional envelope feeder is installed. Set the value to correspond with the envelope size currently loaded in the envelope feeder. ENVELOPE FEEDER TYPE=PLAIN For supported paper types see page 1-12. This item appears only when the optional envelope feeder is installed. Set the value to correspond with the envelope type currently loaded in the envelope feeder. TRAY 1 MODE= FIRST FIRST CASSETTE Determine how the printer will use Tray 1. FIRST: If paper is loaded in Tray 1, the printer will pull paper from that tray first. CASSETTE: A paper size must be assigned to Tray 1 using the TRAY 1 SIZE option (the next item in this menu when TRAY 1 MODE=CASSETTE). This allows Tray 1 to be used as a reserved tray. TRAY 1 SIZE= LETTER For supported paper sizes see page 1-12. This item appears only when TRAY 1 MODE= CASSETTE. Set the value to correspond with the paper size currently
Look on the left side of the tray. There should be 3 white fingers that stick out. Make sure they aren't broken or out of place. Also slide the paper size lever and make sure they work properly.
There is also a custom and standard switch.
Try to print out of the MP tray(fold down tray). If it prints normal speed, you probably have a problem with the tray.
