I'm guessing someone washed something full of sand because after each wash there is lots of bits of sand and dirt through everything. I took off the agitator trying to get the "drum" so I could clean it out, but that is not where you access it. Any ideas how to get access to the drum that fills up with water so I can clean it out?
Hi just read your posting.The only way you can assess the tank is to remove the inner bowl.This is quite difficult.I can help you with removing the inner bowl but I think the easiest way is to fill the machine on a High water level and when it stops filling and starts to agitate pause the machine and advance the cycle to spin and let the pump drain out the sandy water.Give this a try the reply back on how you got on.

Hi just read your posting.Now just a couple of questions.What water temp have you set the machine for,Is it cold,cold or another setting.Have you got the cold hose going from the cold tap to the cold water valve on the machine with is marked with a C and the same for the hot which is marked H.Please reply with answers to all the questions and I am sure I can help you with this fault.Looking forward to your reply.

If the water continuously keeps filling the tub of the washer this would be due to either you have a bad pressure switch or the hose that is connected to the pressure switch that goes down the side of the unit and connects to the tub has either comes off its connection point or has sediment or debris inside the hose itself which would cause the same issue here is also a basic video of how the pressure switch test is done click this link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HZZ2bDMspj8 if you have any further questions message me back and please remember to rank this opinion when our chat has fully concluded it allows me to continue helping others in similar situations in the future.
