SOURCE: Liftmaster Garage Door Opener Problems...

The problem lies in the RPM sensor, most likely due to the interrupter cup assembly. The interrupter cup assembly is the black cap that runs through the RPM sensor. You may have forgotten to re-attach this piece or it is probably moving too far out when the garage sets in motion. To fix this, remove the cup assembly, unscrew the two screws on the top metal piece with a 1/8 allen wrench, push the metal piece as far in as possible and put the screws back on. This will give more room for the cup assembly to spin and be read by the RPM sensor. Hope this helps!

SOURCE: Garage door shuts down, need to press reset to get it to work

On the side of the opener you will find the down limit control. Turn this a bit in the opposite direction of the arrow printed on the cover. You will probably have to tweak it a bit to get it just right.

The inside button is hard wired. The keypad is a small radio transmitter. If the battery in the keypad is good and it doesn't work when you put in the code it has probably just quit.

Fluctuating engine temp a/c sends out cold air intermittently

Here's the thing. The ECU will shut down AC if the engine temperature is too hot. If the coolant temperature sensor is malfunctioning (lying to the ECU) telling it that the temperature is hotter than it actually is, the computer will turn the AC OFF.

Air conditioner compressor keeps shutting down

This is due to thermal overload,Which can be caused by low oil in the compressor, the fan has stopped running on the unit outside,Dirty coils,or just a worn out compressor.Although this is thermal overload,It has nothing to do with outside temperature,But rather the internal temperature of the compressor itself.

Does outside temperature affect performance of freezer

Top mount refrigerator installed in a garage and the food in the freezer is defrosting when
the temperature in the garage goes below 55 degrees fahrenheit.
On top mount refrigerators you cycle the compressor and fan/fans from the food
compartment temperature. When the room temperature gets colder than 55 F, you have
long off times waiting for the food compartment to warm enough to trip the cold control.
This long off time is allowing the freezer temperature to get high enough that food can start
to defrost.
There is a kit for refrigerators installed in applications where the temperature can go as low
as 34 F and still maintain good freezer temperatures. The kit part number is 5303918301
and it contains a heater that mounts in the control box and an instruction sheet advising
how to install the heater.
Kit 5303918301 contains:
Part # 5303950194 Instruction sheet
Part # 241532101 Heater
