I cant use my scanner on samsung scx3200 but i can use my printer.what should i do?

You will need to replace the fuser. The heating element or one of the thermistors have failed.
You can call 1-800-835-6100 to order that, I do not think it is very expensive. If it is in warranty they will just replace it.

There is a scanner lock "lever" on the machine. It is located in the dark grey area where the paper comes out. Look for a light green lever and pull it towards you (not down, just forward).

Then turn off your machine and pull out the power for 30 seconds. When you reconnect and power up the printer, hopefully the error will be gone.

I think you have to call the service. They will change the hole Scanner. Because you can't unlock the scanner by any buttons or mechanical trick!
