There doesn't seem to be any feature in this phone which allows you to block a specific number, however, you can check under the settings -> Security -> restrict calls features, if there is any option to block a specific number.
I could not find any 3rd party software which could enable this feature on this phone.
You can also contact your service provider to block that phone number if 'someone' is really annoying you.
Set up a group called "barred" then add the phone number to your address book and add that number to the group"barred" then in COMMON SETTINGS go to Call reject, switch reject on, select groups, select barred, never receive a call again from that number

If you answer the call, the number (or number and name) stays on the display until either you or the caller hangs up.
If
you do not answer the call, most display units keep a record of the
calls received, including the phone number (or number and name), date,
and time.
If the letter P, priv, private, or a similar term appears, the caller may have blocked the display of his or her number.
If the letter O, ????, out of area,
or a similar message appears, the caller either is in an area that does
not support Caller ID or has placed the call using operator assistance.
Caller
ID comes with Anonymous Call Rejection, which, when active, allows you
to reject calls from callers who block their number. Your phone does
not ring, and the caller hears a message saying blocked calls will not
go through.
