Callibrating after every job

I have a business inkjet 1200. With recently changing the printhead, the printer will now callibrate after every job sent to the printer is printed. I have un-installed and re-installed the drivers for this printer, and the problem still occurs. Can someone help? Thanks

I did what you suggested, and the printer went through its motions, printed the job, and then proceded to calibrate again. I was then patient, and let it do its thing. After it finished calibrating this time, it didn't do it anymore. I ran test pages from various programs, and no calibration page afterwards. THANKS!

With the printer on remove the printhead and turn the printer off. Turn the printer back on again without the printhead and let restart. Once the printer has finished the startup process reinstall the printhead. Let us know if that works and please don't forget to rate this posting.

Brother HL-4040CDN printer colors are off, tend to be pink

There could be a number of causes for the problems your describing, but one of the most common causes of discoloration and issues with toner is a faulty ribbon sensor. A broken sensor will be unable to accurately read the ribbon and apply the correct color. I hope this helps

On my HP Business Inkjet 1200 the black/magenta/yellow lights are flashing but not the cyan. Neither the printhead or ink cartridge light is lit. With 3 out of 4 lights lit what is the printer complaining...

You may be using non original ink catridges, the printer chip will not recognise so flashes as if needs replacing.if refills are original printer chip may need to be reset.

We have installed new inkjet cartridges for the inkjet 1200 printer, however there is no inkflow on the paper when printing documents. Please advise on what to do

Sounds like you need to replace the printheads. The business inkjet printers have seperate ink and prinheads. In home use printer models the printer cartridge is all in one with ink and printhead in one unit.

Black in will not print.

Try this.

Take the printhead out of the printer.

Get a saucer and put it on the kitchen sink.

Boil a kettle pour one quarter of one inch of boiling water into the Saucer.

Place the printing part, where the holes the ink comes out of are, in the water for 10 seconds.

Place the part that was in the water on a paper towel and let water drain from printhead.

NOTE: Do not touch any of the metal contacts with you fingers!!!!

Replace in the printer and fit the cartridges.

Hope this works for you,

Hi Have you tried cleaning the printer and doing a alignment for the inkjets? I believe under your printer properties you should have the option do to maintenance clean and alignment>when doing this it will use some ink but in order for the printer to function properly you sometimes have to do this. Hi hope this helps you!!
