I have a Triax Speed 50 Nike watch and the local jewelry store would not change the battery because the possibilty of damaging the wrist band that needs to be removed. Any instructions on how I can change...

You can't change it yourself without doing damage. You will need to send into Nike or more accurately an authorized nike watch repair center that is close to you hopefully.

Nike customer service or a google search for authorized nike watch repair in XXX-city will get one close to you.

How do u do this

Below is the link for manual to the C3 watch in question. From what I can tell, you need to do the following to set the time:

1. Push MODE button until you reach TIME MODE.
2. Hold the START/STOP button for 2 seconds. I believe the HOUR will start to blink at this point.
3. From here on, one of the buttons will scroll through the HOUR, MINUTES, 24HOUR FORMAT, and the other will be used to adjust them, I am just not sure which it is, but with the PDF MANUAL link below and trial and error, you will get it done in no time flat!

This link will take you to the C3 manual in PDF FORMAT:

Nike watch

In TIME mode - not ALARM - top right hand button marked "START/LAP" toggles hourly beep on/off. As not in ALARM menu, easy to put on unintentionally.

Nike watch problem

Okay, mine's a Chisel but I'm pretty sure the module is similar, if not the same, across the Mettle range.

Anyway, press and hold the light button - marked adjust - until the display says "hold to adjust"; after a couple of seconds the time display will return and the hours will be flashing.

To adjust up, press "start/+" and down press "stop/-". To cycle through the options, press "mode".

Once you're done, press the "adjust" button again to return to regular timekeeping mode.

Enjoy your Sledge - if you don't I'll have it!!

Regards,
Martin.
