Cannot access v3515 as password put in by customer

Can you access any login? if so you go to the command prompt type
net user (user id to be changed) *
then press enter and you will be prompted to enter a new password twice.

This is if the account you log into does not have admin prvilieges which you could then just just right click on my computer select manage> select local users and group> then users> right click on the user and reset their password there.

You can also use winternals erd to reset the password if you can get a copy of it. May GOD bless the developer of that truly an IT life saver.
