Question about WYSE Winterm S30 Network Terminal
Double-clicking the System icon in the Control Panel opens the System Info dialog box.You can use this dialog box to allocate thin client memory and reset the thin client to factory defaults.
The General tab contains a check box that allows you to reset the thin client to factory defaults (the check box is active for administrators only).
You can reset the thin client to factory default settings by selecting the *Reset the terminal to factory-default property settings* check box (the System Settings Change message displays and you can confirm and follow the instructions provided to reset the thin client).

I am not 100% sure this will work but it did for the 1200LE series, hold down the G key on startup of the unit.

I use the hardware reset but it doesnt seem to clear the ip address and default gateway from the settings. we have two diffrent sites at work and have moved one terminal accross from the other site, but it doesnt seem to want to get rid of the old settings. it clear it and when you click on renew it picks up the old details again thus cant connect on the new site.
Can anyone help? please e-mail me a response back to [email protected]
thanks

Screen sits at wyse terminal logo and using the "g" key or the "shift" G does absolutely nothing. FYI, unable to access the control panel as the machine sits at the "splash" screen. V30L winterm.
