Yikes, I'm sure this can be frustrating. I'm here to help however I can. Let's try to reboot your Xoom. While the device is powered on please press and hold the Power button and the Volume up button until the device starts to reboot. You can then let the buttons go. If that doesn't work, then I recommend restoring your device to factory settings using the external keys.
