TV got sound but only shows a complete white screen and the message no signal connection

From one day to another the TV doesnt show image, you can hear sound but no the image, a message appears that says that cand find a signal and check the connection, I use another TV set and the connection is working, what is wrong with this TV Sanyo DS24205? Help Please! Thanks

Call a tech your tv needs to be repaired tv is having a problem in the video circuit ther is a cip that controls that circiut checks should also be made in the related circuit.video IF circuit.good luck

This happens because of the color decoder in the TV. A TV color decoder has a switch that makes the TV image black and white when the received signal does not have sufficient power. Your TV color decoder switch remains in the black and white position (the TV receives weak signal or the TV color decoder is damaged).

Replace the TV antenna, try an antenna amplifier or a digital receiver before the TV.

Why do I have a frozen image screen on my old Admiral color tv. Do not have cable and the converter box works on my other tvs.

You may have paused a still image on the TV. Information channels and video games left on pause will burn images into the screen. You may opt to find a signal generator that can produce a white screen Sometimes this will erase the image/ghost you see. See a TV Repairman, and show him this info! The screen shows a green/ orange screen, even when we play a DVD... How can we make that go away?

How is the player connected to the TV? It could be S-Video, HDMI, RCA, or Component Video cables. My guess is that you're using component video cables. There will be three wires that carry the video signal to the TV, and each wire carries one color. There will be a blue, yellow, and green cables. If one of these cables is not seated properly, it can cause only one or two of the three color signals to make it to the TV, causing the image to be discolored. You should check the connections of the cables. You'll also see the sound cables, probably red and white. Do not get the red video and the red sound cable mixed up!

u have to ser yr tv resultion and do as same as tv in to yr laptop after that it's a tool given by drviers chek that this avalable in display propeties>setting>advance>adapter.. here u have all kind of setting avalable...:)

I cant see anything on my vizio 32 inch television

I just spent an hour trying to fix the VIZIO with the same problem. The screen had no picture at all, but could hear the sound perfectly!! But we i figured out the solution! UNPLUG THE CABLE BOX AND LET IT RE-BOOT! and it WORKED!!!!!

Video output showing black and white display

Make sure the DVD is not on the PAL system. Trying to watch a PAL dvd on a NTSC TV or DVD player will play it back in black and white only.
