I want to remove The Print Shop Pro Publisher Deluxe 15 from my computer but it does not want to be removed by using 'Configuration - Software', which is the proper way to remove software. It looks like the installation has not been done properly. Since I had the software on a trial base and decided not to buy it, I am unable to redo the installation.
IF UR THE ADMIN OF THE COMPUTER , GO TO CTRL PANEL AND CLICK, THE ADD/REMOVE PROGRAM AND DENOTE THE SOFTWARE WHICH U WANT TO REMOVE AND PRESS REMOVE....

EVEN AFTER THAT THE PROGRAM DOESN'T SOLVED. SOME VIRUES MAY BE THEIR IN THAT TRIAL VERSION TRY TO REMOVE IT OR DELETE THE VIRUES AND REMOVE BY PROPER WAY....

How can I find the virus you are talking about. I do have Norton running and have other programs to find spyware and registerproblems. I do not think a virus is the problem.
When I try to remove the software through 'Control Panel - Software', the installshield opens, which is ofcourse not what I had in mind.
Ofcourse I can remove most of the software but what I really want is to remove all of it, including the registerlinks.
