Starting problem i have compaq 3000 series 3702tu model. i m having problem with start up windows is unable to get start. i have vista home basic operating system. pls help me.

If you are trying to install the driver for the Broadcom ethernet NIC that was pre-installed (NOT an ethernet card that you purchased and installed yourself), there is a softpack (updated driver installation) download available from HP/Compaq. It will install the driver automatically for you, just download it from the link below and run the ".exe" file.

try to download vista drivers for this or go to compatbility to see if that works

you have to re-install the windows vista software with the origional key no.

is it a active sub make shure that your small jack is stereo

Please click on your startmenu and click on RUN. into the textbox, type: msconfig

and press enter.
after that, go to the STARTUP section in your configuration utility and disable unwanted auto-running programs in the listing.

Hello! May I suggest getting Windows to sort the problem for you? power up the P.c. and insert your Windows Basic disc, then shut down. (With disc in drive) Boot (Power up) You will be prompted to start/run from cd by pressing any key? do this and Windows will load all files then prompts you again for locationj and keyboard settings, after this it will if you want to upgrade? full install? REPAIR! click on repair and Bingo hopefully you are back on the case.

Hi,

You can find all the drivers you need from HP's Download page for the DX6120 Micro Tower. I would guess the drivers you need are the chipset drivers, which can be found on the following pages (There are links to all the available drivers for that model #)

Windows XP Home

Windows XP Pro

Windows Vista Home Basic 32bit

Windows Vista Business 32bit

Please note that Vista pages do not have chipset drivers, as Vista should be able to install them on it's own.

Last Month i Purchse Laptop Compaq Presario V3702TU With Vista Home Basic. Wrongly I delete the Partition and again I Installed Vista Home Premium down load all Drivers and install only Web Camera Driver not installed kindly help me out how to installed web camera driver on vista home premium 32 bit.
