Just got my Samsung tv and got it out of the box, plug it in and the picture looks like it is on acid, bold pinks and greens and looks distorted all over~ Does anyone know the cause of this problem and should I not accept it or have it fixed (send it back?) Someone is coming to fix it from the internet company and I am not comfortable accepting a new tv that needs fixing already...

Replace the main bd. Have a trained Samsung tech troubleshoot to confirm.

Check all of your cables on the back of the tv and your sources such as Cable,Sat box and DVD palyer to make sure they are fully inserted into the input and output connectors. Some times Component cables will work loose and you end up with a missing color. Temprature changes can affect intermittant connections. If that does work then you have a bad Main bd.
