Xbox controller repair

sounds to me as if it is not in sync with your xbox. On the top of the controller is a small white(or color of controller) button that when pressed will make the Xbox button(on controller) lights go off in a circular pattern. Next (depending on model of your xbox) find the sync button on the xbox(some where on front of xbox) and push it. If done correctly then the lights on the controller and xbox will flash simultaneously.
