Mine was the door lock switch, $80. and about 20 mins. working like a champ.

Did you try to unplug the machine and plug it back in? that is how I reset the lock on mine.

you may have a dampening shock that is bad

CHECK REAR BEARING(rear of drum)OR THE ROLLERS THE DRUM ROTATE ON LOWER PART OF WAShER

The fabris dipencer hose was clug need to remove hose , clean w/ stick not so tight rinse w/ water then assemble .
