Re: buzzing from tv
If the TV is working normal otherwise then most likely you have a A.C. transformer or choke that is vibrating at 60hz or what they call the deflection yoke is buzzing. Niether issue is easy to get rid of. If the buzz is comming from the speakers, make sure you have the connections to the TV are correct.

There is a small motor under the turntable that either uses a belt to turn it or has a rubber tired roller that sets up against it and spins. You will probably be able to find a belt or rubber wheel at a TV repair shop. Some models had an adjustment on them and can be adjusted but more than likely you will need a new belt or rubber tire. The tires looj like a big square :O: Ring
If it comes from the control panel, it may be a transformer for the control electronics or a relay coil. Sometimes a relay or transformer mounted on sheet steel will vibrate if a mounting screw works loose. That's easy to fix. Occasionally a coil inside the relay or transformer will develop a loose winding - the best repair for that is get a new one.
If the buzzing is specific to one (electric) burner, it could be arcing at a bad connection.
Try unplugging everything other than the TV and the cable (or whatever service you have) and while your tv is on, plug everything back in separately. I did this and found that while my ps3 was plugged in, I caught interference on my cable TV. Also, make sure that any cords behind the TV aren't all jumbled. Sometimes having a bunch of twisted up wires can cause interference.
when it starts does it work
if once you get it started it seems to work fine
well then you have astart winding on the motor goin bad. or done.....
try this... empty the machine
tape the door switch closed
