My problem is that the cable ready piece in the back of the tv, where the cable goes into, came out. I am wondering if there is like a box or something I can get to put the cable into then like rca jacks or something to the tv? Its still a nice tv but I cant afford for someone to charge me to fix it unless its cheap.
My tv has a rainbow of colors in the picture, what could be the problem? How can I fix it? It is a GE Thompson 36" Model # 31GT658

How do you connect a dvr or vcr to get digital cable signal when this threaded piece breaks off? The coax cable from the dvr feeds the signal to my tv.
