It seems that the problem is because the file was exported in 1080i60 and though StudioPro was set to SD, it burned the DVD in HD, which was not recognized by other computers.
I still have not found the correct Final Cut setting for exporting this HD project in SD, so that the image does not appear squished.

Try burning it with another burning software like Nero, sometimes studio pro burns in an extention assigned to this particular macpro, try other type of DVD discs too, it will work eventually

Hi, pretty much the codec is not installed on the computer and I think that's the reason why the system can't read DVD. Try to download the right codec for your PC.
Be sure to check if there is a file written on the DVD disk. Try to install a player like VLC and see if the .VOB file is playing. If not the DVD is not burned properly then try to recheck your settings on the Studio 11 Make Movie
make sure the burner's setting to "close" the disk is set to the yes or on position. that will close and standardize the disk for maximum compatibility with other players

I haven't used that particular program, but I've made hundreds of DVDs. The first rule is to use good brand name media, I recommend Verbatim. Pixelation is a sign of poor quality media quality. Give it a try with Verbatim disks.
