Question about SanDisk Sansa m230 MP3 Player

1 Answer

Mp3 Problem... Okay, I have this sandisk m203 mp3 player and I have had it for months now, but just yesterday I changed the batteries. After that, I was listening to music and then I turned it off. When I turned it back on, it said it didn't have any music files in it. So I can't listen to my songs now. I came home and plugged it to my computer and it said my music was there and I can listen to it on the computer, but the mp3 says it doesn't have any files! What's wrong with it? Can somebody help me, please?

What the heck?

I had something similar happen. The solution was to reformat the device. connect the player, open my computer, right click on the device, and select format. This will erase everything on the player. DenverTom
