The lights are flashing, it says power cut on the machine. After pressing the start button it says restating in 10 secs. It doesnt I turned it off at the wall it made no difference
Here is how I fixed mine using the knowledge of years of fixing things.
I grabbed the machine from the top with both hands and shook it off the floor very hard with a good thump X 2
I went to university for longtime to know this is how to fix it;
The circuit boards and sensors are not bad. It just after years of bumpy spin cycles there is a loose connection. This will shake the troublesome connection into a new position where it makes better contact.
It's temporary.
One day you'll have to open it and check all the connections are tight and clean.
I went one step further than Simon Dyer and took the back off controller and unplugged and plugged in the connector to the display. Works every time for me. This has been an ongoing issue for mine for years. Tech fixed it this way first time and worked for years after. Now it's a semi yearly occurrence.
I disconnected all leads connected to the electronics board, pulled it out, checked the fuses under the board - all fine - no sign of burn out from electrical storm outage and surge, connected if all back together - and it made not a jot of difference. Still has the constant beeping and flashing lignts. Grrr

Both control boards need to be repaired.
As motor control board has power supply problems,
The display board has bad capacitors.

It is possible that the machine does not start off the cycle because there are errors or feedback from the inputs. For the program to start up the main program controller must initiate the INLET/MOTOR/DRAIN pump/ valve to open up and allow each function to be driven from the flow into the drum as also the drain valve to open to exit the water at the point of the program cycle. If this does not happen then the voltage at the valve/motor/pump must be checked or the fault relates to no voltage from the controller. This means the controller is a suspect. If the water flows then the flow should be good, if not the inlet valve is bad or there is dirt in the filter. Also check the flow at the inlet of the water line. Once the water comes into the system the WATER LEVEL SENSOR - normally a pressure switch- must activate at the preset/chosen level to give the signal to the program controller to switch on the motor. What is most important for the motor to start functioning is that the door switch must be ON when the door is shut or this will be an error for starting the motor for rinse and wash. Finally after the wash the drain valve will be activated, the water is allowed to come in to rinse and then finally the dry spin with the drain valve/pump activated so as to drain off all the water from the clothes during the spin. Make sure that a fault in any of the cycle will relate to the specified action, so check the command from the program module and then the executing device be it the valve or motor or pump. Hi - this is a strange one - I could be wrong here but I think that theres two likely possibilities for you - first is the motor controller board could be faulty - it may have a short on the switch ic for the drain pump - the other is there maybe an air lock or blockage to the pressure tube - remove the display panel to access the clear tube - unclip it & blow into towards the bowl to see if theres a blockage.
You say as soon as the start switch is pushed the pump runs continously? or does it come on as soon as the power button is pushed? either way I think the controller maybe faulty - haven't come across aything like this one before...
Cheers
SOURCE: washing machine keeps beeping then all lights and screen start flashing.
i would guess that you have a faulty main board, the quickest and surest way to determine the problem and that is to replace it with a second hand board out of an known old machine which has faulty seals.

Totally right. I blew on the clear tube and it's working fine!
