Thanks for the advice, however I have been advised that either (1) voltage to the E-motor is too low 27V no load instead of 30V or (2) the power supply to the motor is faulty. Thanks againThanks for the advice, however I have been advised that either (1) voltage to the E-motor is too low 27V no load instead of 30V or (2) the power supply to the motor is faulty. That printer is fubar and needs to be junked. And don't bother asking HP to help you because they only help during warranty period. Otherwise they refer you to a forum or suggest you buy another printer - an HP of course.
First think , has it been dropped, jarred, banged, .....you get the idea? Does it continue to blink, the HDD? Do you see a "ghost image" in the monitor in a bright light? Do you here sounds? You say "nothing else happens", meaning the light stops blinking? Shut down, unplug, remove battery, plug in, try to boot noemally.
Check the power and the data (USB) cables in the printer...check both ends... Check :- # The printer powers on properly # There also can be problems with the printer driver # and also internal printers....
Canon S330
Turn off printer Hold down Resume button and press Power button. Keep holding down Power button and let Resume button go. Press Resume button 2 times then let BOTH buttons go. Green lights will flash and then stop blinking. When green lights are solid, press the Resume button 4 times. Press the Power button and the printer should turn off, if not, press the Power button once more. Your printer should respond as normal
