This can be a serious debate among campers. The best stove for you depends on what is available to you wherever you live: stove and fuel. Go to a local camping supply store (or several stores) and find out what is available and the pros and cons of each. There is no point in telling you what I think would be good because you might not have the same fuel preferences or availability, and you might not want the same features on the stove that I would suggest (such as simmer control) as being necessary.

Rocket Stove and I absolutely love it.
I've had it for ten years and it has never faltered.
The most durable and low maintenance stove is the Multifuel stove which can suit you just right for a long international camping trip.
The recommended stove for large group camping I advise you to purchase the liquid-fuel stove.
The recommended stove for ultra-light backpacking, if you don't want to carry much weight, is the alternative-fuel stove.
The recommended stove for summer backpacking is a canister or an integrated stove system.
I recommend selling it on eBay because camping gear is one of the more popular sales items.
No. You should only use propane, as directed, in a propane camping stove.
