Canon imageCLASS 8180C

Not sure which printer model number is giving you the problem.

The driver and software for the Color imageCLASS 8180c can be found here.

Suggest you start the setup process over and that you first uninstall your current printer driver; download a new driver for your printer and operating system and then instal your printer.

Follow the Quick Start Guide for set-up. Instead of installing the driver from the installation CD; install the driver you have downloaded.

Make sure you have the driver for your operating sytem; Open Control Panel > click on System > look under System type.

As per my knowledge, MFToolbox does not work with Windows Vista 64 bit ....

But just to be absolutely sure about it, I checked for this information in multiple locations including canon official website but got the same answer ... it does not work with Windows Vista 64 bit ...

If this was the case all the time, I would imagine you have an incorrect driver in the Laser Printer. You should be able to upgrade the drivers by contacting the the Canon Co.
If this is a new problem the static bar that runs across the drum has lost it's positive charge to produce the picture should be replaced ... its not cheap !

try to check your connection form your printer and if possible try reinstall the printer driver then try to run again the printer.
